Home-Finding Buddy MVP
The first buyer-usable MVP is a private, local-first workspace for generating a Buyer Search Brief, reviewing listings against it, and capturing tour debriefs with voice or text.
Desired Outcome
This repository exists to make home-buying research easy to share, review, and improve. Each brief should help a reader quickly understand whether a property is worth pursuing, what could break the deal, what data needs verification, and what the next concrete action should be.
Briefs should clarify
- Current property status and listing facts.
- Main reasons to like the home.
- Risks, unknowns, and diligence questions.
- Value, comps, and negotiation posture.
- Inspection, title, permit, and site-risk follow-ups.
Briefs are not
- Appraisals.
- Inspection reports.
- Legal advice.
- Financing advice.
- A substitute for buyer-agent, lender, title, or attorney review.
